I agree.
I feel like before I started smoking weed regularly, that I was a naive kid who didn't know shit about anything. I learned a lot about business, relationships with people, and the world in general.

drugs doesn't make everyone intelligent,basis is if you were intelligent before hand then you will be when using because you pay attention to things and tend to think much more about things. as for some people like my best stoner friend who gets high and does a lot of dumb shit. Drugs fuck up memory (not all), therefore I doubt that.
I know stoners who are both smart and idiots, and of course in between. As others have said in this thread, I actually do feel some-what smarter since I started smoking weed.

i've seen many more idiots use drugs than smart people. in fact i haven't really seen many smart people use drugs at all.
they may be "smart" like grade wise but they're still complete idiots about life and such. which in my opinion matters more.
this is such bullshit, dumb, smart and average people use drugs equally for all you know. there's no way to tell because you can't conduct an accurate survey because people lie and you sure as hell can't conduct one on the entire population of the earth.

uh from what i understand smart people are more likely to take drugs because theyre the type of person who would try new things or experiment. but that doesnt mean druggies are smart, it just means smart people are more likely to be abusers (like scientists and stuff)

On the flip side weed makes me forget everything I learn academically.
However psychadelics and dissassocatices have expanded my understanding of reality and I have a greatened interest in chemical science now.
