Windows 7 - Games and Applications randomly minimizing

Hello

I've recently installed a 660 Ti over a HD 6950. After this games and applications will randomly minimizing with intervals that seem like 5 minutes or so.

The way I installed this was by uninstalling the ati driver, switching the cards, and then installing the newest nvidia driver.

I play games like World of Warcraft and Call of Duty.

Don't see why the graphics card or drivers would do this, the games are still running when minimized right? I'd check for any suspicious background applications and do a virus scan just in case

Oh I forgot to mention I just did a virus scan and it was clean (with AVG). The games are still running so I just have to click on them to return into the game so it's not that big of a problem, but it is still very irritating.

I've had the same problem a while back, turned out to be my firewall having these pop up bubbles from the task bar, so I put my firewall on "gaming mode" and now it doesn't disturb me anymore.
