So i have been thinking order NZXT Sentry LX Fan Controller and now when i did read on different pages about it i found out that is has a battry! I tried to find why but i could not find anything and i thought it was going on the power from the pc. So why does it have a battery? Do you know?

Most likely to maintain settings while the power is off.

If it is a button battery or something else small and replaceable, yup. If it is large and specialized then no.

Just posting as another option because it looks awesome. It has a plug so you plug your computers power cables into it and tells you how much wattage you are using.
