Awesome homemade bong idea - General

I've made one of these already, and it's actually really cool and easy. Just put a water bottle in the fridge for like 30 mins, take it out, attach to this contraption, and you have a bong! yeah, OP's diagram really doesn't make a lot of sense. where are you supposed to be pulling from, the top of the bowl-and-straw bottle or the straw itself or what?
