Got new compaq cq57, it's giving me bsod's that say memory management error

Umm yeah, I'm getting random bsod's that say memory management problem, I have ran a diagnostic tool I found in control panel and it also said I have memory problems, am I gonna need new ram or what do?

I don't know if it has a warranty. My mom got it through a giveaway at a casino and gave it to me and in the box there's nothing about a warranty anywhere.

That's not the only bluescreen I've got so far though. I've also got something about a bad spool header, page fault in nonpaged area, and irql_less_than_equal

irql_less_than_equal is usually a driver. Rest, is ram. You could replace it. Or try contacting Compaq.
