• ATT complaints annoying?

Ok so I am on google and look up iphone and when ever I click a topic refrencing what people think of ATT or comparing the Iphone to ATT's service, all I see are people complaining about how bad ATT's service is yet they most likely never used it. Is it just me or do people just hear what some one else says and says oh I think they have terrible service and don't both mentioning that they haven't used ATT's service.
I never had an issue with AT&T, people will bitch about anything they can.
I for one know from friends who have iPhones, if you don't get 3g, your basically fucked. It is slow, call quality is horrid, and dropped calls left and right.
My dad and sister both have iphones and they don't get dropped calls and their service is fine, which makes me think people just complain because they don't have it on their service or other people say it sucks.
Depends where you are, if you're in a place where everyone and their pursedog has an iPhone, it's going to be crappy. Also, stop bitching about the rates. Please. If you want to feel better about your bill, check out: http://www.rogers.com/web/content/wireless_plan_landing
I just hate stupid fucking reps. Seriously, a good many business end user care reps will literally cold transfer customers to wherever without so much as TRYING to pull up an order. I have had business care cold transfer people into premiers options that placed orders with business care because it had a foundation account number on the account, and they assumed it was premier. But then, I live in Newfoundland and have never seen service issues because I don't have to deal with it. Also, iphone exchange policies with premier suck balls. At least the other phone exchanges make sense. And if it wasn't obvious, I work for att. Premier obviously. [editline]12:03AM[/editline] And that's only the business side of it. Did you know that there are people that will see a deal online for free, and will go through the entire ordering process without checking the cart's prices or reading the promotion's conditions to make sure they at least apply?
Only problem with AT&T is that they have the iPhone, so they fucked up their entire lineup of Android phones with their stupid shit. Service is okay. I get 3G out in the middle of the nowhere but EDGE/2G in Downtown chicago. Makes hardly any sense, but its fine.
