Only 5 gig? Step it up, any android user gets 15 from google
Or Copy for the same sweet 15GB and easily get an extra five gigabytes per invitation. [editline]Plus muh freedums and all that. Don't you know who you're talking to? The anti-G tin foil hat man.[/editline] And get some decent file syncing for once.
Drop box was OK when I used it but Google drive totally destroys them in every single way
I bet if you signed up for all the big cloud services you'd actually have a nice hunk cloud storage.
Only 5 gig? Step it up, any android user gets 15 from google
Oh please. Apple have done very well here though, they now offer 200gb for 3.99/mo
That costs, though. Google offers a terabyte for $9.
That costs, though. Google offers a terabyte for $9.
They may not offer the same rates as google, but at least now they're competitive, and I doubt anyone using an apple device will use google for cloud storage when Apple users now have cheap data with iCloud. Most people here are too intoxicated by ignorant hivemind thought to realize Apple is actually improving, and is actually a good alternative. Sure it may be locked down and all, but hey, everything in the Apple ecosystem seamlessly works. I don't see why people here look down upon Apple when they keep raising the bar, forcing other companies to be more competitive, ending with a better user experience for everyone. Also Apple provide 1tb for 9.99. $1 more, 99c more than google, that's nothing.
Drop box was OK when I used it but Google drive totally destroys them in every single way
It gives me false positives on some of the stuff i upload, saying it's a virus when it isn't, so I wouldn't say it is without flaws.
I bet if you signed up for all the big cloud services you'd actually have a nice hunk cloud storage.
True but it becomes hard to manage them all. I generally use google drive for important stuff like docs and shit and one drive for less important stuff I don't use or view often.
Why don't they stop offering services that have already been done
Why don't they stop offering services that have already been done
Is this a joke??
Drop box was OK when I used it but Google drive totally destroys them in every single way
Almost every single way. Dropbox desktop client is much better than Google's.
Why don't they stop offering services that have already been done
Who needs competition, right?
