• Soft grey horizontal lines on Plasma

I own a Samsung 50" 1080p 600hz Plasma hdtv. I haven't really messed with any of the image settings, besides turning off the eco-friendly power saving ones. I've noticed that when the picture is all white, you can see large soft horizontal gray lines. These lines are only noticable when the screen is white. I can't see them during a movie (except say, if the camera looked up at the sky and there were clouds, I can see the slight greyish lines in the clouds) The lines aren't thin like a pixel or two, they are fairly large and thick, with only a few on the screen. Is there something wrong with the TV? Is this something that can be fixed? My TV is fairly brand new, I picked it up during the black friday deals. If needed, I can try to get a picture of these lines. Here is a link to my TV: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Samsung+-+50%22+Class+/+1080p+/+600Hz+/+Plasma+HDTV/9789343.p?id=1218175322173&skuId=9789343

He has a very thin easy to see grey line, where as I have very soft large looking horizontal lines that you can only see if the whole screen is white. It almost looks as if the backlight is too strong or too weak.
