So it's a really fancy way to say "class based". Still it's nice to see this way of doing it in a tactial FPS.
This seems terrible, you get like 600 rounds of ammo for 3 minute rounds. That, hitmarkers and destructible environments, everyone will just spray walls non stop to spot enemies.

I'm still not sure if this means it has character customization like the Vegas series did. If not then count me out, that's ruined it for me.

I think it looks fun, but not what people are looking for. The worst thing in this video was that heartbeat sensor, as that shit will ruin so many otherwise fun rounds. [I]However[/I] this isn't a thing Ubisoft tend to do - showing off builds that are so early in development (I mean, the cockpit of the plane in one of the videos shown has no textures at all) and letting people play said builds.
