X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatality with microphone problems

I just replaced my sound blaster Audigy 4 with this x-fi xtremegamer fatality and I cannot get the microphone to work. Sounds are ok but when I speak in to the microphone, I can hear my own voice through my speakers, but no one can hear my voice in games like tf2, teamspeak 3, and ventrillo. with my audigy 4, I never heard my own voice through the speakers. I'm running windows 7 64 bit and have the latest drivers from the website. Any solutions?
