Was this game ever updated to be redeemable? It was a disaster on launch and I didn't bother keeping up with it.
It's still optimized in places and gets pretty repetitive when you clear out districts, but I'm one of the rare ones that really likes the game. It's a lot better than it was at launch.
The DLC's only last a few hours each, but give you some money sink to invest in afterwards, e.g weed growing and renovating a bar. I'd say pick it up on a sale, the story and setting is amazing, it's just let down by some shoddy parts.
