Is that normal on idle, the CPU and GPU temps? When I play Fallout 3 it plays perfectly fine, but after some time it starts to slow down and I get huge FPS drops forcing me to exit the game.
Anyway, I'm using Arctic MX-2.
Edit:
Fallout 3, played until it started getting some FPS drops.

You want to see ~40-50 when idle, and ~58 when full load, but no higher than 60. 65 should shutdown your computer, if you have it set in BIOS.
idling yours looks fine. Might want to invest in a fan/check your cooling solution.
I got the Zalman VF1000 for the GPU, stock Intel cooler for the CPU. 2 Case fans, one at the front getting air in the case, and one at the side, a bit higher than the first, taking the air out. Good enough cable management so there isn't much air blockage by the cables.
Run a game for awile then show us temps.

no
OP you're fine.
Get a better CPU cooler, and add a fan to the inside of the computer.

He's obviously not fine if something is crashing/lagging him out.
His computer isn't in any danger at 65c, you should only be worried if your hitting 85c+.
His CPU might not be, but his GPU might be. It should always stay below 65.
No.
I'll run a game and leave HWMonitor on. I'll come back later.

Hahahaha, No.
OP; You're perfectly fine.
OP your temps are fine there, but to be sure please post temps after you've been in game for a bit.
OP updated with load temps.

They're fine. The stuttering is caused by something else.
Damn, any guesses?
Psu?

50 is way within the 8800s limits.
Mine idles on 48 and hits about 75 when games get really bad.
Op all is fine, CPU could do with being lower but it doesn't seem to be anything too concerning.
Try updating your drivers for the stutters, you wont believe what power new drivers can draw from your card.
Drivers are up-to-date. The PSU is a LC Power 550W

My GPU idles at 80...
That's a bit hot, you should clean it out.
It's all clean, the thermal paste is 2 weeks old now. I cleaned everything when I installed it. Disassembled everything. I was hoping that would fix the problem.
I was talking to Panda. :v:

That's normal for my GPU.
Ah, ok then, thanks guys.

What kind of poorly designed GPU do you have?
All the temps are fine.
Is it all games or just Fallout 3? you only said Fallout 3 in the OP...
Last night I played some Postal 2, and it started having the same problem with stuttering, I exited the game and Windows was all slow. I did a full virus scan with Avast and nothing came up. I don't want to re-format with Windows 7 so close to release.

Hmm.. When the stuttering starts, open taskmanager, and see what's using the most CPU power.

Dude first take time to learn what your talking about. Most newer graphics cards are designed to run stable up to about 100oC. Mine is constantly at 85 and i have yet to have a problem with it.
OP you are fine, start worrying a little if your temps go above 90 :P
