Morning pages are super easy, it's at least 3 pages of stream of consciousness style writing that you do every morning. That's it. Write whatever comes to mind and just keep writing. I've been doing it lately and loving it. I get lots of really good ideas while I'm doing it and it can also help you figure out things in your day-to-day life that you might be stuck on. I've gotten enough benefit from it that I've built a website to act as a tool for doing them. [url]http://www.daily750.com[/url] Anyone else happen to be doing these?
yes i do this and i will start using your website [editline]24th March 2013[/editline] it looks really good too. the website that is. very clean and cozy. [editline]24th March 2013[/editline] wow i just wrote 787 words and i lost it all. weird.
Thanks! Bad timing posting this on my part, I had a bug that was causing people to be logged out when they saved, sorry you lost your writing. It's fixed now though and I have some tests in place to ensure that never happens again :)
I will be using this a lot from now on. Very cozy and clean. You made this right?
Yep! I did all the design and dev work. Glad you guys like the site! :)
Do you have access to any of the pages?
I have access to the database since I am running the website, so yes, but I'm not interested in reading them.
Good idea, unfortunately in the morning I always seem to be running around like a chicken with my head cut off.
Could not have come at a better time. I sat spitballing a tumblr post, and after hitting send I was like: Who the hell (except me) wants to read this explosion of unwanted thought? Nice work man, will be using consistently. Question though, can I log in with Facebook, but still have my own username?
The "name" is really only used for display purposes, and when you log in with facebook it just uses your facebook name at the moment. The only spot it comes in to play at all right now is in the main nav bar where it says "hi, <name>" when you're logged in. It'll show up in emails that the website sends you as well. If I get enough requests for it I will let people set their name when they sign in through facebook as well though. Glad you like the site!
Sorry, you need to Log In to post a reply to this thread.
