• What would you like to see in an iPhone App review site?

I'm currently half way through building a website for iPhone Application reviews. I'm extremely motivated at getting this off the ground and so far it's going great. However I want some input about what a potential user would like to see in terms of a site like this. For example what would you like to see in the content of a review? What would you be interested in reading about the most? Tomorrow I'll be buying the domain name and hosting. Any input would be fantastic and I'd really appreciate it. Notes: The site is using wordpress and the Arras theme. (Same as GModnews.com)
- Two separate ratings, one from you, the other from the AppStore. Because people in the AppStore are a bunch of idiots. - Pictures. - Video reviews. - iPhone/iPod app to compliment the site. (for extra marketing) - Free membership offering price watching (or even a section that shows you what's on sale.) - A little mini-guide saying how well it runs on older devices vs. new devices. If you want any help with the site, sign me up.

Every article posted should have pictures unless it has a reason not to have any. - iPhone/iPod app to compliment the site. (for extra marketing) Something I'd love to have, but sadly it's way out of my league. I have got a mobile plugin for the site though. - Free membership offering price watching (or even a section that shows you what's on sale.) I actually seen this on another site while researching my competitors. Again, something I'd love to do, so I'll be looking into it. I'm not sure how much knowledge is required behind getting one working though. - A little mini-guide saying how well it runs on older devices vs. new devices. I guess I'd need someone with a lot of iDevices for this. I only have a 3GS. Though, I had the idea of making sure the team has all the devices and letting them star-rate performance on their device. That means having to get lots of people downloading the same app though, and if they're not free it's going to a bit of a bitch. As for help I'll need it soon. I'll bump this thread when I do.

Lots of pictures, many people download or buy an app based on the pictures. Maybe a bit more unrelated, but don't fill the site with ads, surely it is fine to have some, but don't ever make them pop up. Make a list with the pros and cons on top, when I look for a pc game and go to the review section of gamespot, I only read the top where it shortly lists the pros and cons. It usually already gives me a good impression of the game. Oh and say on what os it will run, like some games only run on ios4 or higher

It will also have Photoshop templates for the thumbnails on the front page and some other stuff.
