This is told in multiple perspectives but all on the same Individual. It is made to make you think about life, death, and love.
The music is a metaphor for the band of his life. Notice the repeating elements going on throughout the piece of music and the stopping and recounting.
The visuals are in order based off the emotions of growing old and dieing.
The visual material is comprised of his life, his emotional struggles, and Metaphors for his life which he is now replaying in his head.
What the story is i'll leave it up to you to find out. Why I chose this approach makes sense once you realize the story and what's being said about death.

OPEN YOUR MIND TO HOW YOU INTERPRET THIS.
An experimental film looking to explore the human psyche of being human with ties to love and lust.

Was not made while under the influence of any substances, but kept that idea in mind. In other words, yes, if your high it will be better for you and easier to see the concepts and thoughts.

To answer questions:
- NO THIS IS NOT RANDOM
- Yes, you have to think about it. It requires an abstract view but uses imagery to tell a story.
- Metaphor's used in non exact ways.
- There are at one point 8 layers of audio, each tells the same story at either the exact same time as the visuals or at another point in times but still is portraying the message.
'You will "Earn" this. Not understand this.'
The problem with these kinds of films is that they can be interpreted in so many ways, and if the viewer cant find the 'correct' one or that there isn't any then they feel cheated, theres no satisfaction from watching.
Im not saying spell it out for me, but what your effectively doing (dont take offence) is spatting paint onto a canvas and asking someone to figure out the meaning behind it, if theres no direction to begin with then the audience wont even attempt to understand it.
Still by all means DONT stop doing this because I dont like it, keep at it. Its nice to see something at least trying to be different and not conforming.

I like your approach to this film. It's off by a few degrees. Take the symbolizims of the event you see and tie it into the concrete evidence of the memories section and all the glimpses and the story is basically handed to you.
Don't look at it as if you have to lay meaning to the scrabbled footage. there is meaning but it isnt visable until you realize what the story is.
It's hard to explain until you understand. thats why I have that huge credit at the beginning of space.
It all makes sense. you just have to give it some faith.
