[Spotify] "There is a problem with you sound card, Spotify cannot play music"

SO I have been using Spotify for around 2 months with no problems and it was working all of today until I tried to play a song and the error message popped up. I dont have a sound card, I just use regular speakers and now they dont play sound at all. I am on Windows 7 64 bit
