Seriously. I'm trying to look for a converter from the little yellow S-Video cable from those composite things to a VGA or DVI. I basically wanna hook up my VCR, DVD player, PS2, that sort of stuff to a nice computer monitor I have.
The only thing I can find is this

That would not work, also DVI is a digital signal. You will need a converter, not just a cable. You could possibly do component to VGA if you have a monitor that supports it, but that is unlikely. DVI - HDMI exists, you could get something that converts composite signals with a HDMI output. There's a few on DealExtreme for around $50. I will find the link.

Is that the only one available? Do you know where I can find a list of these kind of products? Google consistently provides the reverse of what I want.
Search up VGA TV Tuner. I think newegg may have a few.
I thought the PS2 already outputted a VGA signal but just needed the appropriate cable?
