Easy mode, they should add a hard mode by trying to keep a chrysler vehicle running.
It's not often that indie games come close to AAA in terms of graphical representation.
In some screenshots I can't tell it's not Battlefield 3.

I get that they think eastern bloc is a brown hellhole after Papers Please and such, but truth being, we do have some grey buildings a well.

Damnit, this thread is 3 days old and someone makes this joke only three minutes before I was going to.
I played the prototype build of this a couple of years ago, the concept is really interesting and is a lot of fun even in its early stages. I was wondering what happened to it since it was originally titled Hac (pilgrimage). The thread also has some pretty neat gifs and images of the development.
I can't find the original prototype build link the developer uploaded, but I still have the files so I uploaded it if any of you guys want to try out the prototype. Nice to see it come so far comparing it with the new trailers and the older build.
Needs more small towns with commie-blocks.

It's East-Germany.
I'd buy it.
Might be annoying to hear but I wish it was coop, travelling around with either one shitbox car or multiple shitbox cars with like, 2-4 people would be pretty fun

Wonder what happened to that game...
Also, if anyone's wondering - the real life equivalent of the car from Jalopy is the Trabant 601.
This is the commercial they're spoofing:
