Boy can't wait for the inevitable "MEGA HANZO BUFFS?!?!" from UnitLost at that 0.08 second drawtime decrease and think -1 damage per bullet on 76 is a huge debuff masterstroke by Blizzard or some equally exagerated crap from him.

As a Rein main, anyone who think's his "nerf" is actually a nerf and not just an adjustment to whats practically a bug is kidding themselves. Hell, I wasnt even aware it could impact objects not on the ground.

Neither of the Earthshatter nerfs have anything to do with it being "practically a bug". It's intended behavior to make Earthshatter easier to understand, more consistent and effective. Earthshatter having an effective "height" to it is meant to ensure it hits being who are airborne but just off the ground (e.g. jumping). Similarly it's ability to "crawl" along vertical walls is to make sure you can hit people who are standing on slightly elevated surfaces like a parked car or box.

There was another change to Hanzo that isn't documented. His ultimate immediately spawns the dragons the moment it touches a wall regardless of the delay. Really professional drawing for reference.
I don't think any of these balance changes are very significant except for the Orisa changes.

-1 damage for each bullet is a 20% damage reduction at effective range....
-0.08 second drawtime is around 20% increase of bullets per second
this is a pretty significant change

maybe im misunderstanding this post but 20 to 19 damage isn't a 20% damage reduction
and an increased charge speed of 10% isn't 20%

Napkin math with round numbers because I don't remember how many rounds Soldiers gun holds or fires per second
19*6(per second)=114 per second *6(6 rounds per second, 36 rounds per magazine, 6 seconds to unload magazine)
114*6 = 684
20*6 =120
120*6 = 720
720/684=.95
I am also terrible at math so this could all be wrong
Soldier 76 pre-nerf shoots 8.77 rounds per second.
Soldier 76 pre-nerf deals 20 damage per round.
Soldier 76 pre-nerf has 25 ammo in his clip.
Therefor Solider 76 pre-nerf deals 8.77x20 (175.4) damage per second.
Therefor Soldier 76 pre-nerf deals 20x25 (500) damage per clip.
Soldier 76 post-nerf shoots 8.77 rounds per second.
Soldier 76 post-nerf deals 19 damage per second.
Soldier 76 post-nerf has 25 ammo in his clip.
Therefor Solider 76 post-nerf deals 8.77x19 (166.63) damage per second.
Therefor Soldier 76 post-nerf deals 19x25 (475) damage per clip.
THEREFOR Soldier 75 post-nerf deals 1-[19/20] (5%) less damage per bullet compared to pre-nerf.
THEREFOR Soldier 75 post-nerf deals 1-[166.63/175.4] (5%) less damage per bullet compared to pre-nerf.
THEREFOR Soldier 75 post-nerf deals 1-[475/500] (5%) less damage per bullet compared to pre-nerf.
You didn't even need to calculate for DPS or Damage per clip. Solider 76 now deals 5% less damage than he previous does so that means his DPS is 5% less and his damage per clip is 5% less.
The only drastic change is his kill time for each hero since that can have a huge difference. For example, a 25 damage weapon takes 4 shots to kill a 100 hp person, but a 24.5 damage weapon takes 5 shots to kill a 100 hp person.
Can they please just nerf Symmetra's fucking main weapon?
Give it less ammo or a shorter range. That fucking thing is terrifying when powered up.

Why? That's the entire point. Even with her current state, she isn't a super strong hero choice most of the time anyway and gets hard countered by multiple heroes.
You just have to respect her as an actual hero that does actual damage now like you would any other hero.
