So i've heard this song about thousand times in WW2 documentaries mainly about Soviet and i wonder if you could help me.
I couldn't find it anywhere since i don't know the name of it until i played a flash game that had it included.

That would be Piano Trio in E flat Major by Franz Schubert. An excellent piece if I do say so myself. Specifically Movement 2 was used in the flash game. Though, I don't know why you would hear that in WW2 documentaries about Soviet Russia... considering it was written by an Austrian around 1830.
