Did you even read the article.
They're closing the partners program. Partners isn't a studio.

You should be worried about this more than anything.
EA gets shit on constantly, but with the company in turmoil there aren't many AAA publishers
willing to shell out money at this point. There's even fewer willing to take a risk.
