Just a little insight into my musical tastes: 90's rap and hip hop, indie, rock, classic rock, punk, trance, some techno, ska and others
I really got into vampire weekend a while back, and I listen to other music as well, but I really like it. So I was wondering if facepunch know any bands that are like them, as in same style, I don't want really weird indie stuff like most of the Eel's songs, those are just weird.

Well, Vampire Weekend is basically the exact same album as Paul Simon's Graceland. It's almost like they copied it. Just listen to the song Graceland or Gumboots; identical to Vampire Weekend's sound.

Yeah that was I trying to say, I didn't really like the vocals when I first listened to them but I persevered and now they're one of my favourite bands, not for everyone I guess.
:P I didn't like a lot of bands, but they grew on me. Anyway any more?
