Okay, Basically I am retarded, and my buddy is about to go Wruce Billis with a crowbar on his setup if he can't figure it out.
Long story short we have absolutely no idea how to connect the PSU cables to the motherboard correctly, and the main issue is the power switch, reset switch, etc etc etc pins. Which cables from the PSU connect to these, and what do they look like?

There are two cable goes to the motherboard, a 8 pinned one and a 24 pinned one. The 24 pinned one will be obvious since it's going to be the only one that is on the PSU, but the 8 pinned one might be different since it physically looks very similar as the 8-pinned cable power cable that goes into the graphics card, but will not fit. Just plug in the one that fit and never force anything in if it doesn't fit.
The power/reset switch/led cables are on your case, not your PSU. They should be labeled and there is a pinout diagram in your motherboard's manual. That was the hardest part for me when I built my first rig as well (my cables weren't labeled).
Power reset etc connect to your mother board, google your mother board and it might spit out a diagram for wiring these buttons.
Hope this helps. I annotated the motherboard with the 4 biggest connections - Power Switch, Reset Switch (from the case and they should be labeled) and then the 2 connectors from the PSU.

Let me know if you need more.

OP is talking about the front panel headers ( power, reset, LED's ) to connect from the "CASE" to the board.

I highly recommend reading all the instruction manuals for everything.
Front panel headers are trivial. I had almost no clue on my first build aswell.
I highlighted the connections that are absolutely need. OK, reset is not needed, but it is nice to have. I figure if I got them started with the connections, they could work through the rest.

Mine still aren't correct.
I got an USB that is not correct, but I never use it so I have not been inspired to open the case to fix it.
I thought I was the only one who could never get my front panel pins correct.
