I have a usb cord for my phone that i use for tethering. Everytime i move my phone it keeps disconnecting but there physically connected. any help will be great.
Might be a slightly busted usb port, you could try another USB port on your computer though to see if it makes a difference.

Got another cord lying around? Try that, if not then it might be the port itself in the phone.

tried the cored i got from my friend and no issues yet
