hey guys whats up first time here. I sold my old computer which sold for about 800 and need a new one, the budgte is 500 bucks AU. I need it to have a fast cpu, preferably a i5, not being a fanboy. Graphics dont really matter that much, but I do really want it to be able to play dead space 2 full graphics without lag.

I just put together a build for $625 with an i5 2500k and a gtx 460 without the RAM or a case, and american prices are way cheaper. I think you're asking too much for too little, I'm pretty sure Dead Space 2 takes a bit to max.

Plus you have a H61 motherboard and a 2500k, you can't overclock on a h61 board.

Well, it appears $500 is the perfect price for an i5 2500, h61, 5770 and 4GB RAM in the cheapest 500W PSU / case that I don't think would blow your house up.

oops this is without a optical drive. wow they're super expensive there. I suggest looking for a DVD drive somewhere else, $44 is way too much for one in my experience.
