i tried to fix my windows beeing insanly slow.
So i tried to update my motherboard driver, and after i did that it wont boot or enter bios.

Uhh, so you tried to flash your BIOS?
I'm guessing you bricked it. Bricked your motherboard that is, not your BIOS.
This is why we don't flash BIOSes from Windows and only flash when having trouble.
So it compleatly useless? cant even fix it?

No, you can't. You'll need a replacement motherboard. Don't EVER flash from Windows, ESPECIALLY if your copy of Windows is unstable and having issues.
