I'm keen to know which retailers fell foul of the regulations. Good to see it's being cleaned up though. Bought a headset off amazon once only to find out it was complete shit. Upon reading the returns policy I had to have the item in original condition and packaging which really put me off.
It could be the sellers policy not amazons, I've had ease with returning amazon products other than some third party ones.
