• Can't use iTunes gift card after visa gift card runs out.

Hi facepunch, Last week I bought a visa gift card so that I could open an iTunes account so that I could buy some apps, music, etc. I spent all of the money that was on the card, but I was given an iTunes gift card for Christmas. It shows that I successfully redeemed the card, and that there is now $25.00 on my account, but when I try to buy anything I am redirected to the billing information page, which states that the security code for the visa gift card is invalid. Obviously this is because the card is out of money, therefore invalid, but I figured I would be able to spend the money that I loaded onto the account via the iTunes gift card. Is there any way I could remove the billing information or otherwise spend the money on the account? Or will I have to get a new card that has money on it so that my account is valid? I'm doing all this on my iPod touch, if that means anything. Thanks in advance.
I believe iTunes requires a valid credit card. I had to put one in just to download free things from the store.
I'm not sure about how the iPod Touch handles it, but you should be able to go into iTunes (Using the computer tied to your AppleID) and change the payment method to gift card or none when accessing your account.
