This is hilarious.
"TELL ME ABOUT PEOPLE WHO BRING GUNS TO PRESIDENTIAL EVENTS."
"I came with one, nothing happened."
At least they both managed to handle themselves alright, though I now want to see Matthews Vs. O'Reily in a battle of most nonsensical and loudest talking heads ever.
lol, I love Chris Matthews. HE'S ALWAYS FUCKING YELLING!!!
Seriously, what the fuck? How does someone come to a fucking meeting with the goddamn president and have a gun?

Because we have rights, there it is legal to open carry a firearm. This guy obviously wasn't waving it around, as you can see in the video, the gun was on his hip the entire time. Yes, he probably had secret service all over his ass watching his every move, but they can't act unless he is doing something WRONG.
Basically, this guy is a dumb ass.
His dumb ass had to bring a gun and a stupid sign that had nothing to do with the fucking meeting.
Yeah someone should take away his gun, he has no idea...
Chris Matthews is a moron, the guy had the right to bring a gun to the meeting.

And it's his right to do all of those things, he has no idea about what? No idea that he can legally do what he did?
Where was he specifically?
Was he inside or outside the hall?
Was the hall a federally recognized gun-free zone?
[editline]08:42PM[/editline]
Does he have a concealed-carry permit and was his gun concealed?
Just because it's legal, doesn't mean people HAVE to do it - or even should, for that matter.
I don't care about the "stupid" sign because there are no "sign free zones" and he broke absolutely no laws by having a sign.

But they can, and who is anyone to tell them not to?
If it's legal everyone else can fuck off if they don't like it.

I'd give you a 'zing' rating if there was one, like the good ol' days.
Touche, sir.
i don't see what he's done wrong
i don't see what he's done wrong
The only thing I can think of is if he was inside a federal building that was recognized and clearly displayed as a no-gun zone. Or, if he concealed a firearm without a permit. Or if he is an ex-convict.
Other than that he has done nothing wrong. There is no law that says outright no guns near the president, as though every time the president is in a caravan you're supposed to KNOW he's coming to town so you aren't packing.

Of course these stupid fucking babble shows don't tell you details like that.
I think New Hampshire is an "open carry" state, meaning you don't need a license to carry it nor does it need to be concealed.
There are no licenses for anything but concealed carry and military-grade weaponry and you can always carry it unconcealed provided it is not being brandished.
This is hillarious
I laughed because he's trying to answer his questions when he just keeps interrupting him with more questions.

Outside.

IIRC he had an open carry permit and was carrying it open on his thigh.
LOUD NOISES!
