[B]History[/B]
Lich King is a thrash metal band based in Amherst, Massachusetts. They're relatively new, yet they're already releasing their third album next month. There is no official history about them, other then a story made up by the hilarious frontman of the band, Tom.
Their music is mostly inspired by 80's action movies and 80's thrash metal.
Their first album, [I][B]Necromantic Maelstrom[/B][/I] was released in 2007,
and the way better [I][B]Toxic Zombie Onslaught[/B][/I] in 2008.

These guys sounds fucking awesome. FUCKKK. I remember hearing them on Last FM back when their first album was out. Hope they fix their recording issues, the first 2 albums weren't great quality, but man, some of the riffs are so old school thrash i can't help headbang.

I don't know if anyone realizes this, but all of the first three albums are written and performed by one guy (I'm about 99 percent sure he uses a drum machine on every song). He only recently got together some guys so he can start touring.
There using a keytar in there newer stuff.
These guys need to get signed to a decent label. New album sounds good from previews on youtube, i'm excited :P
