Everytime I try to watch a YouTube video on my droid turbo Motorola phone, I get the message "there was a problem while playing, touch to retry" anyone know how to fix?
what ive tried
- off/on several time
- force close youtube app, clear cache & data
- uninstall & reinstall app from playstore
-remove Google account
Really frustrating, can't watch any videos.
Also I can't turn my volume up, because it just turns the ringer up instead.
Im not expert at these
But try to format your Android (dont forget the backup)
Could be an internet issue. Have you tested any other media apps?
