Federal politician, businessman and Australia's most creative tourism operator Clive Palmer has officially opened the gates to his very own dinosaur park. Together with Terri, Bindi and Bob Irwin Jnr, he welcomed the first guests through the gates of the Palmersaurus dinosaur park on Saturday, located on the grounds of his Palmer Coolum Resort in Queensland.
http://www.thevine.com.au/life/news/clive-palmer-opens-australias-first-jurassic-park-20131215-269752/
They're going to make a killing when the new Jurassic Park film comes out.
Jesus, the guy on the lefts face. "Guys, This may be cool and all, but I really need a shit. Like right now."
So what they just made a Zoo of local animals?
So what they just made a Zoo of local animals?
i believe they're actually moving scale models rather than living organic replicas of the great creatures that died out about 65 million years ago.
So what they just made a Zoo of local animals?
Exactly. Why bother with dead animals, when the ones currently living around them are FUCKING TERRIFYING.
Did he spare any expenses?
Hold on to your butts.
Did he spare any expenses?
I have it on good authority that he, in fact, spared no expense.
One thing that always confused me, is why don't we have bipedal dinosaur robots yet? It's almost 2014 and we should have this by now. My AI teacher claims the lack of bipedal robots due to a mechanical problem, not an AI problem. But if that's the case, why is it Rockstar's physics-based animation engine only allows in game characters to stumble around like drunken idiots, and if they actually have to reliably walk or stand up, they have to go to pre-baked animations? And those AI have much more access to the in-game physical world than a real robot with sensors would have to the real world.

Once they work out the kinks in the design, like the AI dinosaurs reverting back to their primal instincts and eating people.

I seriously have no idea how the owner (fat guy in the picture) is now part of our government.
Jesus, the guy on the lefts face. "Guys, This may be cool and all, but I really need a shit. Like right now."
He always looks like that Or like he's just seen a doughnut off to the side.
I seriously have no idea how the owner (fat guy in the picture) is now part of our government.
Money.
I seriously have no idea how the owner (fat guy in the picture) is now part of our government.
Because he has the confidence of his constituency? Yeah he's a millionaire, but that isn't grounds for excluding him from ballot access. He has as much of a right to be a candidate as anyone else, and his constituency must like him.
Oh thats just great lets add dinosaurs to the list of things trying to kill Australians.
I can't believe he won those seats, I just crack up every time I think about that
Shouldn't those Dinosaurs have feathers?
Ssshh!
We also have live dinosaurs too, people! I remember earlier on this year when MisterMooth and myself contemplated stealing the thing from an exhibit and running around Melbourne terrorising people in it. Maybe next year...
Jesus, the guy on the lefts face. "Guys, This may be cool and all, but I really need a shit. Like right now."
It's his park that he just opened. Also he is a Federal Member of Parliament now. What is going on in Australia lel

I know there isn't much they can do about it, but it still annoys me. Somebody invent leg cloaking technology or something.
Just rolls off the tongue.
I imagine he names everything he owns after himself. His Titanic 2 will be the Palmertanic, every deck will be the Palmer Deck.
