• Remote Desktop Problems

So I got Jaadu Remote Desktop application from the AppStore on my iPhone. It's supposedly very good and fast, so I actually paid the money for it. The Windows application refuses to connect to the internet. It keeps saying connection refused. It also bitches about how it cannot access port 3389 when like five port checking programs confirm that the port is open. I've contacted the support and so far they seem to be repeating themselves with the usual port-forwarding advice. What I did: - Disabled Firewall completely. - Port Forwarded all required ports. - Checked router settings. Everything complies with Jaadu's demands. - Wasted 20 or so dollars, then finally, - Posted in this thread out of rage. Does somebody here know what to do with this? It doesn't make sense at all.
