I did a clean install on my friends computer. I installed windows xp on his computer. After going through it, His computer will keep restarting when it finishes posting. It won't even go to the XP load screen. Safe Mode works fine.

Now explorer.exe crashes when i click My Computer.
Reinstal Legitimate windows.
Reinstal XP.
