So I'm suspecting my 780i died, and I need a replacement. Going to be running a Q9450 with a HD5850/9800GX2, 4GB of DDR2. I don't want it to be too expensive, I might stretch to £120 or I might not.
I suggest that you're buying a MSI Motherbord, because they are cheap and very powerful, they also support very much. I Have a AM3 Motherbord from MSI and i like it very much, i think it will be good for Intel stuff. (a Phenom II X4 955)
The board that crapped out on me was an MSI, so no thanks.
I got a Foxconn but havn't finished building yet. Seems okay up to now .

I had a foxconn on my old computer. Still working, hard ovefclocked to 4.0 ghz C2Q Q660 @2.4ghz (Before) Never crapped out on me. Get one with a Pheonix Bios.
Being a little more specific would be more helpful.
Actually, Asus is nice http://www.ebuyer.com/product/170167
I'm running one of these and it's wonderful. I've only had it for about a month but I did a fair amount of research and didn't hear of any major problems with it. Currently have 4gb ddr2, an Intel C2Q @ 3ghz, and an HD4850 on mine. I'm looking forward to being able to put in 2x HD5770's in the near future.
I am currently using this motherboard XFX 790i Ultra SLI http://www.xfxforce.com/en-us/products/motherboards/7series/790.aspx

I'm running with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128409 And even though it's expensive as all hell and it's huge I'm digging it. Try out some of Gigabytes motherboards.
