I've been trying to reinstall Paint.NET, but every time I try to install, I get this message:

I've re downloaded it from the website, done Quick and Custom installation, closed any conflicting programs, etc. What should I do?
Run as administrator?
Look for the error 1603 on the paint.net website.
Running as administrator didn't work, and I couldn't find anything that worked.
