• Planning to buy some components - what is the best website for a Canadian to buy from?

Title says it all, really - I'm finally getting enough money to buy the components I wanted to buy (for now, 2 1TB HDDs, one internal one external, but in the future I might buy sticks of RAM, a PSU and a screen), but I want to make sure the place I order from (and thus, the components) will be reliable and relatively inexpensive. I live in Canada, so it must ship to Canada. What are your recommendations?
NCIX.com has a great selection, though the website is annoying to navigate and their stock checker isn't always accurate. However, they do always seem to have a sale running with some nice deals. Newegg.ca is my favourite; it's super easy to navigate and narrow down what you're looking for. Their selection is sometimes lacking (They didn't carry any Bitfenix cases the last time I checked). Their shipping can get expensive because some stuff is shipped from various parts of the US. Recently I discovered that Bestbuy.ca has some good deals and they can price-match other websites if you visit their store from what I hear. The best thing is that they have free shipping on stuff over $20. The selection isn't going to be like newegg or ncix, though I've found it's often cheaper after you factor in shipping. My only major complaint is that they don't offer PayPal or Interac Online for payments, which is important to me since I don't have a credit card. You can also use shopbot.ca to find cheaper prices on stuff, though it's better to buy from only one or two places because the shipping prices add up quickly.
If you want to use NCIX, use pcpartpicker, and search that way. NCIX, while having good deals on a huge assortment of random crap, is an absolute nightmare to navigate. Newegg.ca works, but as benjvps mentioned, watch out for shipping.
NCIX has a couple of locations in southern Ontario if you want to travel there from Quebec.
How did we all forget to mention the bleedingly obvious Amazon?
