I've blue screened 3 times in 2 days while watching youtube videos

First 2 times I opened up 2 new videos in 2 new tabs while watching another video and I bsod'd. Today I was just watching one and it happened.

I'm running on an i7 2600k and I recently bumped it up to 4.5GHz. I'm looking at 40*c when this is happening. It doesn't do this when rendering video, playing games, etc. In fact I've watched hundreds of youtube clips in the past few days and it has "only" happened 3 times but only when watching or loading them. Is it really the overclock causing this? I was hoping to push it further and I haven't touched the voltages so far, is this a sign that I need to start doing so to get a stable 4.5GHz oc or is it just not going to work in general?

Did you recently update/mess with your GPU drivers?

And did you not do stability testing on your clocks?

i had this problem. updated my gpu & bios drivers and it was perfect after that. only ever happened on W7 too.
