Hey guys!
I've installed W10 one month ago and it's really neat so far. There's only one problem with it, my games keep freezing for 1-2 seconds.
When these freezes occur, the sound still works and after the freezing stops, everything works flawlessly again.
I've watched afterburner and I saw that the GPU usage falls near to zero when these freezes happen.
Updated every driver even cleaned all the old drivers from nvidia.
Hope you guys can help me out!
Some specs:
MB: MSI z97 gaming 5
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked ACX 2.0
CPU: i7 4790k

Windows 7 worked perfectly for me and it just started when I installed W10.
I'll try using avastclear after work but I'm pretty sure that I uninstalled it before.
Just a quick bump for people that may have the same problem.
I'm using Windows Defender and it seems like that it causes some problem with Steam.
You can exclude an entire folder in the settings menu and it seems like that it fixed the problem (it worked for 2 days now).
