I have a Sager/Clevo P377SM-A. I've worked out I have a N173HGE-E11 screen. However, since I'm getting a replacement screen since it's damaged I figured I might as well upgrade and get a 120hz or something. Problem being I don't know where to look to upgrade a part like that. Any assistance at all would be fantastic
Are you just getting a screen or also the screen controller? The chance of being able to upgrade anything in a laptop is very low.

CPU, Memory and HDD upgrades are possible on most midrange and higher laptops. Entry level laptops in the sub $400 range usually have soldered BGA CPUs and limited memory/drive options. Very high end laptops sometimes have the option to swap GPUs on MxM or Mini PCIe slots, but those are proprietary modules, hard to find and very expensive.
As for screens, some laptop models do have several different compatible screens. But I've never seen any that offer higher refresh rates. The most common differences between compatible screens is whether the screen is matte or glossy, or has a different native resolution (eg. 1024x768 vs 1440x900.)
Outside manufacturer model information, it's hard to determine what compatible panels are between various laptop models. https://www.laptopscreen.com/ has a decent database of various screen options that may be compatible with laptops, but I'd do some research before buying a non-direct model replacement screen.
