In case you need some background: I was installing a new GPU and one of my HDs was in the way so I had to disconnect it and pull it out in order to remove the old card and then install the new GPU. I put the HD back into a slot, reconnected the wires on the motherboard and I made sure the wires were connected correctly. Then I reconnected all the power, accessory and monitor cables to my PC, I started it up and got a message identical to this one. I've also restarted a number of times in a vain attempt to see if the problem will resolve itself(which it never seems to do). Specs: Core 2 Quad Q9300 6mb DDR2 RAM Radeon HD 5850 620GB HD (one I removed/partitioned HD) 300GB HD Vista 64bit
Prior to post it should give you an option to hit a key to bring up a drive selection menu to which you can choose what drive to boot into. You can do this permanently through the BIOS. This happened to me.
Try putting the CD in, then command prompt and type in 'bootrec /fixboot'
