There's a script for greasemonkey that can make you enable looping on youtube. It's called Loopy For Youtube.
Other way would be download the mp3 and loop with any media player.

Thanks, but i want a specific portion to loop constantly so i can play it during gameplay.
Download Audacity, download the song from YouTube, open the downloaded file in Audacity, cut out everything you don't want, save what is left (what you [b]do[/b] want), open in a media player, set to loop.
