I am looking for a CPU cooler under $100 AUD. At the new Office Works where I am has all Thermal Take products, well, most anyway. I am building my computer in 2 days so I'd like to not ship. If you could, find the coolest Thermal Take Cooler. Thank-you Facepunch!
ProlimaTech Megahalems with two 120mm fans http://benchmarkreviews.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=285&Itemid=62&limit=1&limitstart=15
Also I forgot to say, my CPU is a Phenom 2 x2 550 BE!
If you consider getting it, buy a AMD board bolt through kit for the model from the manufacture with a metal back plate it's like <$10 [editline]04:21AM[/editline] http://www.prolimatech.com/products/accessories.html AMD kit http://www.prolimatech.com/products/megahalems_rev.b.html Cooler
Well, I want to try to unlock the cores on it and Over Clock. I have a Antec 1200 as well and I plan to run fans on Medium to High. I am looking at the best Thermaltake one because the store has them. I can't find any other stores around here with the Prolimatech Megalems. I am building in 2 days and I think it would be easy to get an After Market Cooler now. Any Thermaltake cooler for AM3 or any thing with a bracket from them and 1 that will be the coolest from them will be fine.
Thermaltake V1 (latest revision) looked up 1 store in AUS that had the Prolimatech Megalems, called Mittoni, but ok
Where abouts, Australia is a big Place mate.......... We are not a small island!
Where abouts, Australia is a big Place mate.......... We are not a small island!
You can always call and order. I live in Texas, it's also huge. the cooler you're looking for is the 'Thermaltake V14Pro' [editline]04:41AM[/editline] http://benchmarkreviews.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=232&Itemid=62&limit=1&limitstart=5
This one http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Product.aspx?C=1151&ID=1809 or This one http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Product.aspx?C=1151&ID=1548 [editline]08:46PM[/editline] But Australia does have 7 States and Teritories... Texas is a State of America, Australia is a country!
Copper always wins over aluminum. You know just ask Rusty100 about this cooler, I know he has it. [editline]04:55AM[/editline] you both are from AUS so that's why I bring him up
Ok, thanks. But 1 more Question, I have a Antec 1200, will that help keep the CPU Temperture down?
if there are good fans in the case and there is some good cable management yes, it will keep the temps under control
megahalems :v:
