Spoiler alert: The missions are shit.

"60 minutes of gameplay" means triggering the missions from over 2000m away from where you have to go, long drawn out hacking sequences, and maybe an extra thing like a stopping a convoy or listening in on a conversation.

Yeah basically the only thing they did to make it "60 minutes" was place the markers at the opposite ends of the map so you spend most of it travelling to each point, terrible really.
