Anyway, I have a small side project i need a model for, I hope someone here could help me out. I need some.. body armor.. http://www.pointblankarmor.com/Mil1500px/Products/IOTV_Mil_1500px_05.jpg just the body armor, the rest is my problem old OP, I have modelers for this project.
I need some free modeler(s) to make simple houses, objects, commercial buildings (gas stations etc) that would be found around Colorado state. Most buildings will be reskins of some, so there won't be too many different objects. These models will be used for ArmA 2, a military simulation game. For the past 5 years or so, we've been stuck with European and middle east buildings.. so our maps were limited to Middle eastern and European areas. To change that, I was told we need American buildings, American objects, etc.. I have done some modeling, but I'm not the best at it. I am in charge of porting the models to the game using Oxygen 2 (tool to port stuff). I have two modelers who are busy right now (with school and real life stuff).. I was hoping to get some of this done by the end of the month, for a release in july or august (at the most). where could i find a modeler to make simple buildings with interiors (simple couches, beds, etc, nothing major)? can you guys direct me to a site or help me? Add me on steam if you'd like to help us out personally. They do need to be textured. edit: WIP thread on another forum http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?p=1646484#post1646484
Ajacks maby if he wants
I could shoot him a PM, he still reads the main forum, right?
Yes.
Buy stuff from Ajacks. I doubt he'll give you his models that he worked hard on for free.
PM Socram. He's a friend of mine that does free models all the time for the fun of it, and he's not bad either. Been doing it for maybe eight or nine years. I don't know how much spare time he has though, so he might not be able to.
