Last year I bought a new CPU (Intel Core 2 Duo) and a new Motherboard (Gigabyte P45 S-Series) for my computer but I didn't take the time to install them... Now I just replaced everything but there's a problem, when I start my computer it just randomly freeze after 30 seconds to 1 minute...
I've looked in the BIOS and my CPU temperature just kept climbing, it never cooled down... I got it to 83 Celsius before my computer froze and, shortly after, shut down.
All of my 3 fans are working... What is happening?

Seems like my CPU is always at full speed even in the BIOs... WTF?
Symptoms of a poorly installed CPU cooler or lack of one entirely.
The CPU MUST have a heatsink installed on it and thermal compound must be applied to the CPU prior applying the base of the heatsink.
