By the way, does anyone else find british produced war films (about half of my list applies) to be superior to hollywood ones?
The stiff upper lip aspect is kinda cool, there is usually more historical accuracy, the earlier ones have this semi-documentary feel, and the war propaganda efforts (Went The Day Well?, for instance) have this genuinely inspiring and even kinda gritty "we will persevere" -feel, while with the american counterparts it's more like "join the army to go on a fun adventure", which is the reason why most pre-fifties hollywood war films don't appeal to me that much.

bleh, the fact that the interior of the tank is the size of a small room and the turret moved so fluidly and easily put me off this one abit. I understand that's not the point of the film, but it's something i find hard to overlook.
You should change "British and France 100 War" to to the "Napoleonic wars" and add Waterloo, War and peace and Hornblower to that.
But if you want to leave"British and France 100 war" it there then you could add Robin Hood (2010) and The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc. And maybe A knights Tale(it got like 2 minutes of that war)
