Hello y'all, my friends laptop has a particular issue that i previously had. (my brother fixed it and i have no idea how he did) - The problem is, he cant connect to any of his internet browsers, internet explorer says it can't connect, and firefox says that the "Proxy Server Is Refusing Connections."
Despite this, he can still connect to steam, and play games.
It would be really nice if he could get this problem fixed, because its irritating the both of us... The thing is, i dont know what to do about it.
I dont really know his specs but he does have vista.

Also, on a side note, i have a problem of my own.
I have to honestly say that punkbuster is the worst software i have ever seen.
I cant connect to any BC2 servers without getting kicked for: PnkbstrA.exe.
Updating punkbuster for the game is what everybody says, it doesnt work...
And there are a LOT more people with this problem out there.
Punkbuster is a piece of shit. :fuckoff:
