Is it just me or is it creepier because it has no audio?
Seen it before it was part of a cinematic in the game, it's Dr.Robotnik's Grandfather who was locked up for being insane and he designed and built the space station on the moon.
I can't recall where it was i've seen it before, i saw it on the dreamcast version....think it was on one of the computer monitors or something during a cutscene.

Yep, absolutely none. The file can't be opened in Sony Vegas and lags a literal fuckton inside of Windows Media Player. That's why there's a fraps counter, my friend actually had to record the video rather then import it raw to Vegas.
This clip is played when he is speaking is final words on cam, before GUN locks him for good.
Basically he was explaining why he created Shadow, for revenge.
Of course this changes thanks to questions being answered in Shadow The Hedgehog.
