How do I find Organize Bookmarks using Mozilla Firefox?

I'm trying to import my previous Firefox bookmarks/history from my other computer into this one but I can't find Organize Bookmarks on Mozilla in order to do this. Can anyone tell me how I can find organize bookmarks and re-import the .json file?

Also, I suggest getting Xmarks or something similar. It backs up your bookmarks online, and to get them on another computer you just have to install the plugin and login and it will update all your bookmarks. It's also very good if you're going between two computers.
